1. Rights to uploaded images
You must own the images you upload, or have permission from the rights holder to use them with Clyvoro — including permission to generate and publish derivative visuals where needed.
2. No illegal content
Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, exploitative, or that promotes unlawful activity. Clyvoro is intended for legitimate product photography and creative marketing use.
3. Intellectual property
Do not use Clyvoro to infringe copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other intellectual property. This includes uploading protected brand assets you are not authorized to use, or creating outputs intended to misuse another party’s IP.
4. Impersonation
Do not use Clyvoro to impersonate brands, public figures, or private individuals in a misleading or unlawful way.
5. Responsibility for generated content
You are responsible for reviewing generated visuals before you publish, sell, advertise, or otherwise commercially use them. AI outputs may contain unexpected changes — including occasional alterations to small text, logos, or fine details — and should be checked for accuracy and brand fitness.
6. Enforcement
We may restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts that appear to violate applicable laws, platform rules, or this policy.
