Clyvoro helps people create polished product photography and creative visuals from existing product photos. To provide that service, we process account information and the images and prompts you submit.

Depending on how you use Clyvoro, we may collect:

4. Photos and Images
When you upload a product photo, that image is transmitted to our servers and stored in cloud object storage so we can analyze it, generate visuals, and let you revisit your projects. Uploaded and generated assets may be retained while your account and projects remain active, subject to our retention practices below.
5. AI Processing
To generate scenes and creative visuals, we send relevant image data and prompts to AI processing systems operated by us and by third-party AI providers. Today, Clyvoro’s generation pipeline is designed to work with providers such as fal.ai and/or OpenAI, depending on configuration. Product analysis features may also use vision/OCR tooling to help preserve product characteristics.
AI systems may process your uploaded images and text prompts to produce generated results. You should review generated outputs before commercial use. AI-generated visuals may occasionally alter small text, logos, or fine product details.
6. Device Information
We may collect device-related information needed to operate and secure the service, such as app version, operating system, language settings, and technical diagnostics. Exact device fields may vary by platform and release.
7. Usage Data
We collect product usage events (for example, uploads, generation requests, downloads, and shares) to understand feature performance, improve reliability, and support the product.
8. Account Information
Account information may include your user ID, email, display name, authentication tokens, plan status, and credit balance associated with your Clyvoro account.
9. Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase credits or a subscription, payment is processed by the app platform (for example, Apple’s App Store via StoreKit). We receive purchase-related status needed to unlock features and reconcile entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
10. Analytics
Clyvoro uses first-party analytics sent to our backend and may use Firebase Analytics when Firebase is configured for a build. These tools help us understand how features are used and diagnose issues. We do not use analytics to sell your personal information.
11. Advertising
Clyvoro is not currently operated as an advertising network, and this policy does not claim that we serve third-party interest-based ads inside the app. If advertising practices change, we will update this policy before enabling them.

14. AI Service Providers
AI providers process content you submit as needed to generate requested outputs. Their handling of data is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We configure these services to support Clyvoro’s product photography features, including optional product-preservation workflows.
15. Data Retention
We retain account information and project media for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records after deletion where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. 16. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to our service, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled storage, and authenticated API access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Clyvoro is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

23. Account Deletion
Clyvoro provides an account deletion capability in the app. Deleting your account signs you out and requests removal of account data via our API. Some backups or logs may persist for a limited period.
